NetKeep

Privacy

Effective 2 November 2026. Short version: your files are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.

What NetKeep does with your files

NetKeep is a static web application. When you choose a CSV file, the browser reads it into memory and the reconciliation runs on your device. There is no upload endpoint, no file storage, no database and no account. Closing or refreshing the tab discards the parsed data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics loads a Cloudflare beacon that records basic page views and performance metrics. It does not receive the contents of files selected in NetKeep or reconciliation results; those stay in your browser. Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not collect personal data. NetKeep does not set cookies or use localStorage, error reporting or other analytics services. Fonts, icons and styles are bundled with the application.

Hosting logs

Like any website, the static host that serves NetKeep may record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). Those logs do not contain the contents of the files you open in the analyzer, because those files never leave your browser.

Exports and printing

CSV exports are generated locally with a browser download. The printable report is written to a new browser window from in-memory data. Neither operation sends data to a server.

What NetKeep is not

NetKeep is a reconciliation aid, not tax, legal or accounting advice. It does not file returns, move money or connect to your store or marketplace accounts.

Questions

This pilot build has no contact form. Do not send client files by email; run them locally in the analyzer instead.
